RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl MP(MD)No.1031 of 2019 in Crl OP(MD)No.17766 of 2018 by order dated 06.02.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.M.ANANTHA DEVI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.17766 of 2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court Crl MP(MD)No.1031 of 2019 in Crl OP(MD)No.17766 of 2018 on 05/10/2018 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
