ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue bus-pass, enabling the petitioner and his wife to avail free travel in the buses, operated by the state transport corporations including the respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the bundle had already been handed over to the party.
3.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation would be disposed of, if not already disposed.
4.In such view of the matter, the respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2017 and
pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
