Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner Rs.7,33,173 towards gratuity and Rs.5,000/- towards refundable deposits, together with 18% interest per annum along with interest amount towards the delay in paying EPF employee's contribution amount Rs.9,84,508/- for the period from 31.08.2017 to 26.02.2019 at the same rate and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,87,092/- towards the pension commutation and unpaid pension payable for the month of September, 2017 together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
