This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is family dispute between the petitioner/husband and third respondent/wife and the petitioner has given an undertaking that he was ready to take care of the third respondent/wife along with him. On the basis of the undertaking given by the petitioner, it was closed on 14.07.2019.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9917 of 2019 closed based on the undertaking given by the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
