This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking approval for the appointment of S.Lilly as BT Assistant in Science with effect from the date of her appointment viz., 01.06.2016 in the petitioner school, with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

2.Heard Mr.H.Mohammed Imran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that an order of approval had been issued by proceedings dated 21.12.2017.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 5.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
