ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent Police.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted a case has been registered against the petitioner with regard to execution of forgery sale deed in Crime No.15 of 2014 dated 10.03.2014 for the offences under Sections 468, 471 and 109 I.P.C. Under these circumstances, the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17611 of 2014 to complete the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2014. This Court vide order dated 17.09.2019 directed the first respondent therein to complete the investigation as soon as possible. Till date, the respondent Police has not completed the investigation and has not filed a final report. Aggrieved over the same, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Hence this Court grants two months time finally.
5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
