ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 respondents not to grant permission to quarry stone to the 4th respondent for the land in S.No.1382/1B, 1382/2, 1384/2, 1389/3B at Thimmarasanaickanur Bit 2 Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2026.
2. On perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, we are of the view that such relief cannot be granted. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he can make objection to the authorities where if any application is pending for grant of licence. We do not find any merits in this writ petition.
