RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl M.P (MD) No. 3596 of 2021 in Crl O.P(MD) No. 2031 of 2021 dated 30.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.JEGADESH PANDIAN, Advocate for Mr.M.SHAJAHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3596 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2031 of 2021 dated 30.04.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.6480 of 2021 3.It is seen from records that this is the second extension petition. The petitioner was granted extension of time on 30.04.2021. However, the petitioners have not utilised the opportunity.
