This writ petitioner has filed this Petition seeking orders for 1/4
issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.12.2021 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner has already lodged a complaint on 15.04.2021 and the same was enquired into and thereafter by directing the parties to approach the Court, further action was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the petitioner has now preferred the second complaint, dated 22.12.2021 with the very same allegation.
3.Since the earlier complaint was already enquired into and the same was ordered to be closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 15.07.2022 Index :Yes/No 2/4
