PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.76 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A5 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.05.2023 for the offences under sections 294(b), 450,397,506(ii) of IPC and section 3(i) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.76 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused entered into the tasmac shop , assaulted the shop and took a sum of Rs.6,47,760/-. 4 gram gold ring and mobile phone worth about Rs.5000/- and also caused damage to the CCTV camera, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that the petitioner along with other accused entered into the tasmac shop , assaulted the shop and took a sum of Rs.6,47,760/-, 4 gram gold ring and mobile phone worth about Rs.5000/- and also caused damage to the CCTV camera Taking into consideration the grave offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
