Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notification passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ma.Va.3/038202/15, published in Daily Thanthi, dated 14.06.2016 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's claim for extended the license period from another three months in the academic year of 2016-2017 forthwith.
