ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent is the wife of the petitioner; that there existed matrimonial dispute between them; that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and at enquiry, the third respondent has been compelling the petitioner to hand over the jewels and other articles, otherwise she will lodge a false case against him.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.
