ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.05.2023 from the file of the 2nd respondent to some other agencies for further action and other reliefs to be done within the time stipulation prescribed by this Court.

2.Expressing grievance over the non conclusion of the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.05.2023, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the civil issue between the parties, the above said complaint has been lodged by the third respondent herein as well as the petitioner herein dated 27.05.2023. Both the complaints are kept pending. 4.I find no reason to transfer the enquiry at this stage. Let both the 2/4

complaints be enquired by the second respondent herein and complete the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, more particularly, in view of the pendency of the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2023 before the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
