ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in connection with property comprised in Survey No.32/5B to an extent of 1 Acre 31 cents along with 1/6 shares in Well comprised in Survey No.54/4 situated at Kalaiyar Karisalkulam Village, Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by taking appropriate action against the respondents no.4 to 6 in a manner known to law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2024 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2024, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted 2/4

under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
