Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.P6/2904/2017 dated 06.11.2017 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal an consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Deputy Block Development Officer (Panchayat) at Kallal Panchayat Union, Sivagangai District with all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make a representation to the District Collector, Sivagangai in terms of the direction issued by him in circular No. e.f.g;gp3/6257/2015 dated 13.11.201, which has been produced.
