ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.66 of 2023 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Eruvadi Police Station, Tirunelveli District to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tirunelveli District

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the matter has been investigated and final report has been filed as 'Action Dropped' and RCS notice also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to take action inaccordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of closure report.
