(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2017 followed by another representation dated 16.11.2017 for removal of encroachment in Oorani Poramboke in Survey No.384/6 measuring 1 1/2 Acres in Chittarkottai Village, Ramanathapuram District and pass appropriate orders in view of G.O.Ms.No.540 (Revenue) date 04.12.2014 within a time frame. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent. 3.We are not inclined to pass any order in this Writ Petition in as much as the 4th respondent has filed Wakf Original Petition No.1 of 2017 on the file of Wakf Tribunal (Sub Court), Ramanathapuram arraying the official respondents as party respondents.

4.Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to implead himself as party respondent in Wakf Original Petition No.1 of 2017, pending on the file of Wakf Tribunal (Sub Court), Ramanathapuram. No costs.
