(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 145 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 & 6.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the fifth respondent namely Natarajan died and the respondents 2,3, & 4 are the only legal heirs of the deceased fifth respondent and they are already on record. A memo has been filed to that effect and recorded. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
