To permit the petitioners to withdraw 50% of the award amount along with the accrued interest to credit of MCOP.No.922 of 2019 on the file of the Special District Court to deal with MCOP Cases/ Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tiruchirappalli, pending disposal of the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw 50% of the award amount along with the accrued interest to the credit of MCOP.No.922 of 2019 on the file of the Special District Court to deal with MCOP Cases/ Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount along with the accrued interest on filing necessary application before the Tribunal.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
