PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.94 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.02.2022 for the offence under section 8(c), 20(b)(ii) (c) of NDPS Act in Crime No.94 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.02.2022, the respondent police received secret information from the informer that the petitioner along with other accused said to have sold ganja near the agriculture field belonging to Kothai Amman Temple. Upon information, the respondent caught the accused persons and seized white color gunny bag which contains 81 kgs of ganja. Hence the case.

CRL OP(MD)No.10638 of 2023 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. 4.It is seen that this is third petition for bail and there is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
