ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, to dispose the I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No. 58 of 2018, pending on his file within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The revision petitioner, who is the plaintiff, has filed a suit in O.S.No.58 of 2018, for recovery of money and he has filed an application in I.A.No. 2 of 2019, for attachment of property. The respondents have filed counter in the said application. Thereafter, the said application is being adjourned periodically without any progress. In such circumstance, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court to pass appropriate direction to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No. 58 of 2018, at the earliest point of time.

4. Taking into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the said Interlocutory Application within a time frame.

Accordingly, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No. 58 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
This Civil Revision petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
