This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintained by the second respondent police, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2020 made to the first respondent herein. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would reiterate the contentions raised in the affidavit. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.05.2020 will be considered within a period of two months. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondents police are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.
