By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner through his objection petition dated 26.12.2016 objected to the proposed drawing of electricity line over his patta land in Survey No. A/5/16 and A5/17-1, Vilavancode Village,Kanyakumari District.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not considered the said objection and passed any order so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the

said objection of the petitioner will be considered and orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Recording the abovesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of only by directing the respondents to pass order on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No. 1837 of 2017 is closed.
