ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against respondents 4 and 5 in respect of the misappropriation of funds of Arulmigu Aathi Korakanatha Samy Temple situated at Thiruppuvanam, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. Considering the limited relief claimed in this writ petition, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2023 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording all parties concerned, particularly the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 to put forth their case by affording an opportunity of personal hearing. No costs.
