This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that petitioner's husband is an accused in C.C.No. 3355 of 2020, which is pending before the court concerned. He further submits that a non-bailable warrant is also pending against her husband. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aware of the same and she will advise her husband to appear before the concerned Court.
