Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue the work order in respect of Contract in Sl.No.2 in the Tender Notification No.02/2018-19/HDO dated 25.06.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent. O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to issue the work order in respect of Contract in Sl.No.2 pursuant to the tender notification dated 25.06.2018 issued by the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the petitioner happens to be the sole bidder in the tender selection process and therefore, the first respondent has decided to go for a fresh tender. Therefore, the learned Additional Advocate General would submit that it is open to the petitioner to participate in the fresh tender which would be duly informed.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the considered view that no decision could be taken in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this matter and no notice could also be ordered.

4. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondents, as rightly contended by the learned Additional Advocate General, it is open to the petitioner to participate in the fresh tender to be conducted by the respondents, if it is so advised.
