PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to rectify the error made in the patta No.875 in respect of S.No.10/7, 126/10, 3/3B1, 349/1B and 41/1 situated in Velayuthapuram Village, Pandhalkudi, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District by incorporating the name of Nallu Goundar, the petitioner's Husband, in the Computer Patta in the light of the proceedings in Moo.Mu.7754/2004 (B3) dated 04.10.04 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, the subject mentioned property belongs to her demised husband and she was maintaining the same. Whereas, in the revenue records, the said property stands in the name of some third parties and after some rounds of litigation, the second respondent issued patta in the name of the petitioner's husband. Thereafter, several petitions came to be filed by the aggrieved parties, which were subsequently dismissed and they went up to Second Appeal, which was also dismissed by this Court on 06.06.2016. was not updated in the computerized revenue records and in order to update the same, she has submitted several representations and as the same are kept pending, without any action, she is before this Court.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if her representation dated 21.09.2017 is disposed of by the authorities, on merits.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders, in line with the order passed by this Court in S.A.(MD)No.476 of 2016 dated 06.06.2016 and after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
