ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the document has been registered by impersonation has lodged a complaint before the authority and has filed this writ petition that his complaint has not been considered.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.A perusal of the affidavit shows that the petitioner alleges that the settlement document has been registered by impersonation. She has also made a representation dated 04.06.2022 to the 1st respondent. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry under the provisions of the Registration Act, on the petitioner's representation and conclude the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
