ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2019 for transfer, by permitting her to participate in the general transfer counselling to be held on 13.07.2019 and 15.07.2019, by relaxing clause 9(iv) of the Government Order issued by the first respondent in G.O.(Ms)No.218, School Education Department dated 20.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for

final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought in the writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 13.07.2019. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
