Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents 1 and 2 from cancelling the patta issued to the petitioner vide Na.Ka.No.781/2015 (XIXth Anubandham) in furtherance of the recommendations of the 3rd Respondent dated 14.03.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.7527/2015/C2.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from cancelling the patta issued to the petitioner vide Na.Ka.No.781/2015 (XIXth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Anubandham), in furtherance of the recommendations of the 3rd Respondent dated 14.03.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.7527/2015/C2.

2. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, has filed a counter affidavit of the third respondent/Tahsildar, Palani, stating that the first respondent, already issued a detailed order in Roc.No.3617/2015/A6, dated 06.07.2016 by cancelling the house site patta issued by the Tahsildar, Palani. 3.In view of the above, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent, dated 06.07.2016, liberty is granted to him to approach the competent authority.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
