Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.4146/A2/2018 dated 22.10.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant Science from the date of appointment i.e.01.12.2014 with all the consequential benefits from the date of appointment.
