ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has agreed to sell a vehicle in favour of the fourth respondent and has taken Rs.30,000/- as an advance and the respondent has agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.10 Lakhs. However, within 30 days the time, the fourth respondent has not paid the balance amount thereby the agreement has been cancelled. The fourth respondent filed a representation, against the petitioner before the police, on which the police are harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that originally the vehicle, offered to sell does not belong to him and the petitioner has forged the signature of the owner of the vehicle and entered into an agreement with the fourth respondent, as if, the petitioner himself is the owner of the vehicle.

4. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submits that the representation of the respondent No.4, will be enquired in two weeks.

5. Taking the submission of the learned Government Advocate on record, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the police concerned to dispose of the representation dated 10.06.2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
