Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice of the second Respondent in Na.Ka.No.A8/12487/17, dated 01.11.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the first Respondent to take action against Respondents 2 to 4 for illegally entering into the Petitioner land and taking away the mud of more than 100 Units belong to the Petitioner and direct to restore the Petitioner land in its original position.
