This petition is filed seeking for a direction to transfer the enquiry in respect of a complaint given by the petitioner on 09.05.2023 pending before the second respondent to be transferred to the first respondent from any other police officer.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that inpsite of filing the representation on 09.05.2023, the respondent No.2 is taking steps against the unofficial respondents and kept the matter pending.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the representation given by the petitioner dated 09.05.2023 has actually enquired into by the first respondent himself and a report has already been filed on 10.05.2023. Since the enquiry has already been completed that too enquiry was conducted by the first respondent as desired by the petitioner, there is no substance in this petition.
