ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2026 and dispose the proceeding in No.Ni.M.B11/45990/2023 dated 10.11.2025 of the 2nd respondent for UDR correction and patta transfer in Survey No.108/11A within a time frame.

2. The petitioner's representation was already taken by the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent has directed the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders. In spite of such direction of the 2nd respondent, the 4th respondent has not passed any orders. Hence, this writ petition. 2/4

3. The 4th respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and granting him personal hearing, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
