********** [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.] The matter in issue pertains to disconnection of electricity supply on account of "Ochki" cyclone, which lashed Kanyakumari District.

2.The third respondent, namely, the District Collector of Kanyakumari District has filed the status report dated Nil and also sent a communication to the learned Additional Advocate General dated 19.01.2018 in Rc.No.29960/2017, wherein he has stated that the restoration works have been completed and all basic amenities and facilities are put in place. The status report as well as the said communication are taken on file and placed on record.
3.This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4.In the light of the above, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter.
