ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to appoint any higher women Police officer for investigation in Crime.No.27 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused namely, Arul Kumaran had illegally taken the photo of the petitioner's daughter while she was bathing and tried to misbehaved with her by using the photo. Hence the petitioner lodged a complaint before the third respondent and a case was registered in Crime No.27 of 2021 for offences under Sections 354(C), 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final 2/4

report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti and it was taken on file in C.C.No.3325 of 2022 and posted for appearance of accused on 01.12.2022.
