CMP(MD).Nos.6886 and 6888 of 2026 in SA(MD).SR.Nos.28117 & 28118 of 2024 P.B. BALAJI, J., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 706 days in representing the above Second Appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petitions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, and considering that the appeals have been filed within the prescribed time, I am inclined to condone the delay of 706 days in representing the above second appeals.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned, and these petitions are allowed.
