2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petitions.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, and considering that the appeals have been filed within the prescribed time, I am inclined to condone the delay of 706 days in representing the above second appeals.
Accordingly, the delay is condoned, and these petitions are allowed.
