ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who seeks anticipatory bail, is facing charges under Section 9 and 10 of Child Marriage Act, 2006 in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending. He would further submit that the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police for enquiry.

3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to her may not arise. The petitioner can workout her remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of investigation. The https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
