ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who seek anticipatory bail, are facing charges under Section 9 and 10 of Child Marriage Act, 2006 in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending. He would further submit that the petitioners have not appeared before the respondent police for enquiry.

CRL OP(MD). No.12781 of 2022 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to them may not arise. The petitioners can workout their remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of investigation. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the respondent police to complete the process of investigation.

4.With the aforesaid liberty and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
