O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner, her husband and his family members.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of the issue beween the parties, already this petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing W.P(MD) No.26160 of 2022, seeking several reliefs namely cancellation of settlement deed and extra, that was also considered by the Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court and interim order was also passed, directing the fourth respondent herein not to make any further alienation in the subject matter of the property, which is also stated to be pending.

3. Pending the proceedings of above said Writ Petition, now the grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent is not permitting the petitioner to enter into the property. For that purpose, the petitioner wants Police protection.

4. Since already the Writ Petition is pending before this Court, the petitioner can workout his remedy through Writ Petition itself. Seeking Police protection, the seperate petition may not be proper.
