RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to be grant and extend the time to vacate for another 3 months time i.e from 01.09.2018 to 30.11.2018 and to surrender the petition mentioned property to the 1st respondent/land lord particularly on 30.11.2018.

Prayer in CRP(MD). 408/ 2018 :

To allow the civil revision petition by setting aside the fair and Executable order passed in E.A.No.35/2016 in E.P.No.69/2014 in R.C.O.P.No.18/2013 dated 11.01.2018, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.T.R.JEYAPALAM, Advocate for the first Respondent the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to vacate by another three more months.

2. This Court is not inclined to grant time sought for. However, taking note of the fact that a part of the property is used as residential premises, time is extended upto 21.09.2018 for vacating the premises.

3. The petitioner shall vacate the premises in question on or before 21.09.2018.
