ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.8(i) imposed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi in Cr.M.P.No.1656 of 2023, dated 21.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner is not having any identity proof. That apart, the petitioner's father-in-law already deleted her identity. Further, the petitioner is also in prison from 10.06.2022 onwards.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in condition No.8(i) imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1656 of 2023, by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, dated 21.03.2023, is deleted.
