This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.07.2022 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.07.2022 in C.S.R.No.189 of 2022. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is running two shops in the name and style of Raja Traders Flower and Commission Shops in Cumbum Town and thereafter, he renamed the above said shops in the style of Renga and Krishna Flower and Commission Shops and that one Ilaya Ganesh was working in the petitioner's shop from 06.10.2020 to 31.05.2022 and at that time, he misappropriated a sum of Rs.25,00,369/- and also handled the shop accounts without the petitioner's knowledge.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that previously, the first complaint was lodged on 03.07.2022 before the second respondent and C.S.R came to be registered in C.S.R.No.189 of 2022, dated 03.07.2022 and the second respondent directed the petitioner to produce the necessary documents, but instead of producing the same, 2/4
the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent on 07.07.2022. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to produce the documents before the second respondent.
5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and produce the necessary documents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receiving the same, the second respondent is directed to proceed in the manner known to law.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
