ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2022 wherein the petitioner has suggested certain measures to the respondents to cut down the cost of the construction of crematorium in various Districts and Town Panchayats of the State from Rs.150/- lakhs to Rs.50/- lakhs.

2. A perusal of the representation clearly reveals that the petitioner claims to be the inventor of this crematorium project segment and in case if the specifications are revised, he is likely to get better business.

3. A perusal of the representation also reveals that the petitioner does not have any legal right whatsoever and it is for the respondents to take a call upon the request made by the writ petitioner. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
