2. The writ petitioners are employed in the respondent Corporation. By the impugned order, the writ petitioners' pay has been down graded. Orders of recovery have also been issued.
3. It is evident from the materials on record that the writ petitioners were not put on notice before passing such orders. Therefore on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice, the orders impugned in these writ petitions stand quashed. The respondent is at liberty to proceed afresh in accordance with law and after affording opportunity to the writ petitioners.
4. These Writ petitions are allowed, as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
