ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, dated 27.08.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3382 of 2018 whereby dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner for relaxation.
2. Heard Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was enlarged on bail in Crl.M.P.No.2388 of 2018 by order dated 05.07.2018 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai daily at 10.30 a.m. This condition was modified by the petition in Crl.M.P.No.3065 of 2018 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m by an order dated 04.08.2018. The petitioner complying with the said condition from 05.08.2018 till today. Thereafter, the petitioner filed relaxation petition and the same was dismissed for the reason that there is a law and order problem.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complied the condition from 05.07.2018 onwards and as per the modified condition, he is complied condition from 05.08.2018 without fail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal original petition is allowed and the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, dated 27.08.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3382 of 2018 is set aside on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Velachery Police Station, Chennai, every Tuesday and Thursday at evening 07.30 p.m until further orders.
