ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent College has not returned the original certificates to the petitioner and therefore, this writ petition is filed.

2.Though notice was served to the 3rd respondent, there is no representation for the 3rd respondent. However, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.1 based on the letter of the 3rd respondent College, which was sent to the Commissioner of Technical Education, submits that the 3rd respondent college has intimated that the certificates of the petitioner would be returned to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to return the certificates to the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
