ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the tender notification dated 09.11.2017 and to accept the tender documents submitted by the petitioner for the works covered in NABARD RIDF XXIII-2017-18 PACK-9.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the registered class I contractor and he applied for the tender dated 09.11.2017 along with all the certificates, but the respondents returned the tender form on the ground that the form of the petitioner is lacking of certain particulars. The learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the petitioner is ready to submit the documents as required in the tender notification. 3.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file his tender form with all the required documents as required in the tender notification on or before 08.01.2018 and on such filing, the respondents are directed to accept it and consider tender if the application of the petitioner complied with all the tender conditions.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD)No.18583 of 2017 is closed.
