ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 11.05.2022, which is pending before the second respondent.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the President of Arulmigu Angala Eswari Gurunathasamy Thirukovil, situated at Smbarani, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District and the said temple consists of so many office bearers and administrative committees and the duty of the above said committee is to look after the temple needs and to perform pooja on a daily basis and the temple is a 500 years old temple. He would further submit that one Muthan and his family members have stolen the five metal statues (Impon) from the above said temple. Therefore, the petitioner made a complaint before the second respondent on 11.05.2022 and the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above said prayer. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner's complaint was examined and the same 2/4
was closed on 19.05.2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
